Andalou Naturals 1000 Roses CC Cream Review
I bought my Andalou Naturals 1000 Roses CC Cream from Amazon.com for $12 (yeah for Prime!). The CC cream is available in 2 shades: Sheer Nude and Sheer Tan. I picked the “sheer tan” shade because it was summer and my face was a bit tan then. The first thing I noticed when I opened was its smell. This CC cream smells AMAZING!!! It really smells like a bouquet of roses. That’s because of the ingredients in the product which includes Alpine Rose stem cells. Other ingredients include Andalou’s BioActive 8 Berry Complex, fruit stem cells from apple and grapes, and organic Aloe Vera. This CC cream is super packed with age defying powerful antioxidants and cell regeneration properties plus chemical-free UVA/UVB sunscreen.
The Andalou Naturals 1000 Roses CC Cream has a very luxe feel to it. It is really thick and a little really goes a long way. The coverage is very sheer and I still have to use concealer on my dark spots. This CC cream leaves a dewey effect on the skin but nothing you cannot fix with a little powder or blotting papers. I wear it on top of my moisturizer to help alleviate the dryness and tightness I was experiencing during the summer. Just to be clear, this is a skin care product with a dab of color not a replacement for a foundation. I usually wear this when foundation is not appropriate like when going to the gym.
Overall I really like the Andalou Naturals 1000 Roses CC Cream because it makes my skin feel great. I also like the fact that is vegan, cruelty free, dermatologist tested and contains non GMO ingredients. Not bad for $14. I have switched to using this on a daily basis but I will try the “Sheer Nude” shade in the colder months.
